The Consular Section of the Consulate General of the Netherlands is open from Monday to Friday (except Dutch and Russian national holidays) 10:00 to 12:30 hours.

PLEASE NOTE

: The visa application form can only be filled out in Latin letters and not in Cyrillic.
Starting from April 5, 2010, passports issued more than 10 years ago are not accepted. Example: A person with a passport from Uzbekistan submits a visa application on September 1, 2010. His/her passport may not be issued on or before September 1, 2000. In such cases the applicant will have to apply for a new passport.
