Applying for a short-stay visa or a provisional residence permit (“MVV”)

Russian citizens applying for a short-stay visa to the Netherlands, Luxemburg or Netherlands Antilles are welcome to the Visa Facilitation Service center VFS Global (no appointment needed) from Monday till Friday 09.00 till 16.00 hrs. (Chkalovskiy Prospekt 7).

In addition it’s possible to apply for a short-stay visa at the Dutch Consulate-General in St.Petersburg (Moika Nab. 11), but only after making an appointment (please note that this should be done well in advance). An appointment to apply for visa can be made by telephone +7-499-709-8338.

Seamen and pilots can only apply for a Dutch visa at the the Visa Facilitation Service center VFS Global (no appointment needed) from Monday till Friday 09.00 till 16.00 hrs. (Chkalovskiy Prospekt 7).

Russian citizens applying for a provisional residence permit (“MVV”) for work or for study purposes are welcome (no appointment needed) at the Dutch Consulate-General in St.Petersburg (Moika Nab. 11) from Monday till Friday 10.00 till 12.30 hrs. Attention! Applicants applying for a provisional residence permit (“MVV”) based on a registered partnership or marriage with a Dutch citizen need to do submit their application (including taking the civic integration exam) at the Dutch Embassy in Moscow.
